Join us for a fun-filled night of cocktails, dinner, merriment and more at the 15th annual APDA Magic of Hope Gala & Auction! It's a spirited gathering of the local Parkinson's community with many ways to support the Northwest Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association in their mission to improve the lives of those living with Parkinson's and fund the cure!
What is the Magic of Hope?
The Magic of Hope is APDA Northwest's largest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds support local programs, services and research for the Parkinson's community.
When & Where?
Saturday, April 29, 2017, starting at 5:30 pm at the Seattle Design Center, 5701 6th Ave South, Seattle, WA 98108.
Over 375 guests will attend, many of who have been touched personally or professionally by Parkinson's. We are close to a sell out this year already so be sure to reserve your spot today!
The evening kicks off at 5:30 pm with a cocktail hour, games such as a wine toss, raffle, heads or tails and mystery treasure chest – followed by a live and almost live auction. Enjoy a fabulous dinner by Cameron Catering and the ever popular dessert dash. Guests will also be asked to make a tax-deductible donation to support APDA Northwest.
Corporate Partnerships that include premiere seating, ad space in program, logo on website and other great benefits. Contact Jean Allenbach, Executive Director at 206-695-2905 ext. 3, or email@example.com for more information.
We rely on item donations and in-kind donations to help make our event a success. If you have airline tickets, a fantastic cabin or summer home, a unique experience, sports items/tickets, restaurant gift cards or other items to donate please let us know.
All proceeds benefit APDA Northwest and our local programs, services and research. In 2016 we raised $270,000, and with your support this year we will hit our goal of $300,000!
Want to join the committee?
We are looking for people who have previous auction procurement, event management, auction software or sponsorship/sales experience to join our incredible committee and help the more than 55,000 people in the NW living with Parkinson's disease.
