The Magic of Hope Gala & Auction is a festive gathering of the local Parkinson's community, with many ways to support the American Parkinson Disease Association, Northwest Chapter (APDA Northwest). Every dollar raised goes to provide the support, education, and research that will help everyone impacted by Parkinson's disease live life to the fullest!
With your support, we’re aiming for $600,000 this year to fund vital support programs, education, and research.

PARKING
As we all know, parking in downtown Seattle can be tricky. Here are some suggestions:
The Washington Athletic Club (WAC) is located across the street from the Sheraton at 1409 6th Avenue, with member and public parking available on a first-come first-serve basis, rates vary. Non-member weekend rates, entry after 5pm is $8 per the WAC website.
The US Bank Centre Garage is located at 1420 5th Avenue, about a 2 minute walk from the Sheraton. You can reserve a parking spot at this building through Spot Hero. (When reserving through Spot Hero make sure the date of 3/14/2026 is entered, as it will default to today's date.) US Bank Centre Garage Info
There is also valet parking available at the Sheraton, for a discounted rate of $40 for Magic of Hope attendees (does not include overnight parking).

Saturday, March 14, 2026, starting at 5:30 pm at the Sheraton Grand Seattle, 1400 6th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101.
What to Expect
Plan to be walking into the Sheraton lobby by 5:30 so you don't miss out on any of the fabulous silent auction items and raffle prizes! There is another large event happening at the Sheraton, so make sure to take the elevators to the 3rd floor to find Magic of Hope. We will have volunteers downstairs directing you.
Check in at registration, get your nametag, grab a glass of wine and a delicious passed appetizer, and start bidding!
At 7pm you will head to your seats to enjoy a fabulous dinner, an incredible live auction, Optimism Awards Ceremony, the ever-popular Dessert Dash, and a Raise the Paddle to support the mission of APDA Northwest.

We expect 350+ guests will attend, many of whom have been touched personally or professionally by Parkinson's.

This year, we honor the spirit of optimism within everyone touched by Parkinson’s. At APDA, strength in optimism fuels our mission and lights the way toward better support, accessible education, stronger community, and ultimately, a cure.
